Enquiries and orders

When you email or call us, we use the details you provide to answer your message and discuss products, pricing or support. When checkout is available and you place an order, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, product selections and payment status to process your order, arrange delivery and provide support.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on this website. Order confirmations and dispatch updates are sent using Resend. Relevant delivery details are provided to the courier used for your order. Order records are only accessible to approved staff.

Cancellation and returns notices

If you use the online withdrawal form, we record your name, acknowledgement email, order details, the goods you identify and the date and time of your statement. We use these details to acknowledge your notice, arrange returns and refunds, and keep evidence of the notice. Approved staff can review it. Resend delivers the acknowledgement to you and our order team. We retain relevant records for order administration and applicable legal and accounting requirements.

Website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use website analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they find the site and which product or contact links they use. We also measure adding items to the basket and clicking product document links. Clicking an email or document link does not confirm that an email was sent or a file was downloaded.

Analytics may include browser and device information and an approximate location. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or the contents of your enquiries as analytics event data. No advertising profiles are created.

We use first-party analytics on our own website hosting and database. Analytics records page views, broad device and browser information, approximate location, referring websites, campaigns and shop interactions. We do not enable session replay or heatmaps. We do not link visitor analytics to customer names, emails or orders. We do not store IP addresses in the analytics database. Raw built-in events are kept for up to 180 days and older events are removed as new activity arrives.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your basket, currency selection and privacy choice on your device so these settings work across pages. Your privacy choice is remembered for up to six months. If you allow analytics, we store a random visitor identifier in local storage for up to six months and a session identifier in session storage, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. Only hashes of these identifiers are saved in the built-in analytics database. Legacy Google Analytics cookies are removed when you decline analytics. New visits no longer load Google Analytics.

Your choice

You can decline analytics and still use the website and shop. Change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. If you turn analytics off after allowing it, we remove this site’s Google Analytics cookies and reload the page to stop analytics and clear the built-in visitor and session identifiers.
